In 2000 Malcolm Johnston founded a strategy consultancy specialising in the creation and delivery of customer-centric change. In the last 14 years, Malcolm has been asked to help a wide range of businesses with the resolution of complex strategic challenges and his engagements have covered diverse sectors including; IT, pharmaceuticals, wind energy, telecommunications, industrial cleaning, bio-technology and private banking. He is an experienced businessman with a record of helping companies improve revenue, profit and market penetration through the development of propositions, people and processes that enhance customer experience and build customer loyalty.
His international business experience was primarily gained during 19 years with BT, Cable & Wireless, T-Mobile and Telstra during which time he undertook many roles in sales and marketing from product manager to sales and marketing director. He has lived and worked in Germany and the USA – where he created and led the C&W international sales organisation for two years.
In addition to running his consultancy, he also lectures on Masters programs at a number of Universities. He is a Chartered Marketer and a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Chartered Management Institute. He has also been a District Councillor and served for two years in the East of England Industrial Development Board.
Julian Clover is a results focused Chief Executive and Company Director with a track record of success in the private and not for profit sectors. He has over twelve years’ experience of delivering change and optimizing business and financial systems having worked with Fortune 500 businesses and government organizations. He is also highly experienced at training and development, from business schools to international companies, has a strong track record of recruiting and managing people, and also with developing and motivating staff.
Julian is currently a Director at Worldwork Ltd having previously held top management positions at The Association of Management Education and Development, The Jacaranda Group as well as being a visiting lecturer at Queen Mary University of London. Julian is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and holds a BA (Hons) English & French, Post graduate Certificate in Education and an MBA Accounting & Finance.
Rolake is an Oil & Gas specialist with extensive knowledge and experience of African as well as global markets. Her specialist areas include global energy, upstream petroleum economics, African oil and gas markets, oil and gas financing trends and infrastructure challenges sustainable energy solutions, Africa’s power sector and natural resource policy.
She is a regular media commentator and presenter on global and African energy and natural resources and has been a regular reviewer of global newspaper headlines on BBC World News since 2012. Fluent in French, and Yoruba, her mother tongue, Rolake has lived in Senegal and traveled extensively across Africa. She holds a Bachelors and a Master’s degree from the London School of economics and is currently Head of Energy and Natural Resources Origination at FBN Capital, Nigeria.
Quentin is the Managing Director & Founder of The Marketers’ Forum, a hugely successful UK Training company specializing in Marketing. Quentin has over 20-year marketing experience in the insurance, sports and education sectors. He has taught every level of CIM since 2002 as well as being a visiting lecturer at Greenwich University.
He worked in the Lloyd’s of London insurance market for 13 years before setting up his own consultancy business in 2000. Quentin is also a qualified sports coach, having spent many years playing hockey at country, regional and national league levels.

Nel is a dynamic, highly qualified consultant with over 15 years’ experience in management consultancy, training & development. She has worked for leading training companies, most recently Smart Training in Hampton Wick, UK, specializing in training for various child care and management qualifications with a career spanning across Europe and Africa.
